Refund policy


At Fractal Fabrications, all sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging each piece, but if your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly remake and resend the item at no additional cost.

To report a damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at Fractal.fabrications@gmail.com with the following:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item

  • A photo of the packaging

  • Your order number or receipt

Once reviewed and approved, we will begin remaking your item and ship it to you as soon as it’s ready. We do not offer monetary refunds, only replacement for eligible damaged items.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to the custom and personal nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or preference

  • Items marked as sale or discounted
